TL;DRAbstract

Listening comprehension of foreign speech is a complex mental activity that requires intellectual efforts and provokes emergence of numerous psychological barriers. The possibility of overcoming the barriers by applying the strategy of grammatical patterns prediction in foreign speech listening is considered in this paper. The effectiveness of the strategy application has been verified by statistically significant difference between experimental and control groups of the students at the initial and the final stage of the project.
