TL;DRAbstract

The research aims to identify the key factors for implementation of electronic commerce between non-government organisations and Government. This thesis firstly looks at the key drivers for the adoption of electronic commerce, or why these organisations are implementing electronic commerce. Secondly, the major barriers that inhibit the adoption of electronic commerce, or what has to be overcome so as not to stop the adoption of electronic commerce for these organisations. And finally, the key enablers for effective adoption of electronic commerce, or what assists or makes easier the implementation of electronic commerce in these organisations.
