At each academic somestry, by means of the questionnaries applied to the
\nstudents, the effectiveness and quality of teaching-learning carried out high education are
\ndetermined and it is determined that how efficient a lesson is taught. By means of the
\nanswers given for questionnaries by students, their real ideal or thoughts about lessons
\nare determined and, besides their contributions of the lecturers who carry out the lesson.,
\nthe thoughts of administers contribute to the teaching and training in that somestry. In
\nthis respect, the data of questionnarie applied to the students of vocational college in
