This paper introduces Lotus Domino/Notes and J2EE, and discusses the theory of the integration base on Lotus Domino/Notes and J2EE, emphasizes the method of the integration about OA system and MIS. Finally, it describes the system function structure of an information system, and analyses the system integration by one module.
