This paper describes a discret multiobjective selection method, which considers not only tangible or measurable parameters but also the intangible ones. This technic combines the Hierarchical Analytical Method from Thomas L. Saaty and the Electre Method from R. Benayoun and B. Roy and aims a reduction of subjectivity in the determination of the criteria weights. It also enables the simulation of different interests involved in the problem, so that the solutions found are robust and satisfie those interests. It is applied to the selection of pumped-storage sites and considers specific questions for their planning and construction. para
