Waste management in creating a good and healthy living enviroment in Magelang (R. R. Suharto, Ery Agus Priyono, R Benny Riyanto). The increase in population either by migration or naturally, will increase the enviromental charges in the society. The increase in population means increase clothing, food and housing with consequences of increasing quantities of waste and effluent. Within this context of research will proof, is that true that environmental management especially waste management which carry out among the people and Cleaning and Garden Service together depend on the Autonome Public Environmental Cleaning Service and the garbage collectors ? This research will mainly focus on how the procedure to manage waste in Magelang which could bring Magelang achieved appreciation (Adipura Kencana) from the Government as a cleanest medium town of the Republic of Indonesia five times continuosly.
