TL;DRAbstract

<p>PCR was conducted to check the identity of PiraGV-K with 5 primers designed from the nucleotide sequence of PiraGV-K. The size of the PCR product was the same as the expected size of the nucleotide sequence. Lane 1; primer 1: AY-519253-1 (expected size of 227 bp), lane 2; primer 2: AY-706575-1 (expected size of 223 bp), lane 3; primer 3: AY-428513-1 (expected size of 234 bp), lane 4; primer 4: AY-449794-2 (expected size of 212 bp), lane 5; primer 5: AY-519252-1 (expected size of 231 bp).</p>
