Claudin-1和VEGF-c在食管鳞癌中的表达

0

TL;DRAbstract

Objective To examine expressions of Claudin-1 and VEGF-c in esophageal squamous carcinoma, and to explore their correlation with carcinogenesis and metastasis of esophageal squamous carcinoma. Methods Expressions of Claudin-1 and VEGF-c in esophageal squamous carcinoma and adjacent tissues were examined with tissue microarray by immunohistochemistry. Correlations of expressions and clinicopathologic variables were also analyzed. Results The expressions of Claudin-1 and VEGF-c were significantly higher in esophageal squamous carcinoma than adjacent tissues. Expressions of Claudin-1 and VEGF-c were not significant correlated with age, sex, degree of differentiation, TNM stages or lymph node metastasis of the patients. Conclusion The pathogenesis of esophageal squamous carcinoma may correlated with upregulation of Claudin-1 and VEGF-c.
