TL;DRAbstract

A summary is given for recent development of high powcr RF componcnts to be used at high-energy or high­ intensity accelerators planned for near future. Stress is put on such passive waveguide components as RF-power boosters, dummy loads and ceramic windows. Of most concem arc the thenn~l stresses for low-frequency components, wherea~ high surface electric fields are for high frequency ones.
