TL;DRAbstract
This article is devoted to estimation of features of activation cellular markers and annexin-induced apoptosis under the impact of chemical factors. The study identified the correlation between activation and signaling markers of apoptosis and indicators of biological media contamination (blood methylphenols and chloroform levels) in workers of chemical manufacturing and also in children living in environmentally adverse territories of Perm Region with various intensity of industrial pollution.
