In the given article the analysis of financial position by agricultural and processing enterprises in Bryansk region is surveyed. On the basis of given tendencies presence of great disproportions in exchange relations between these enterprises is proved. The ways of interbranch exchange regulation in agroindustrial complex of Bryansk region are justified.
