Objective: The aim was to assess the acceptance of the salt of herbs in the diet hyposodic offered to patients in need of sodium restriction. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study with 20 patients, 13 men and 7 women, aged between 21 and 78 years. The variables were collected: name, number of bed, ages, sex, primary diagnosis and presence of diseases that could affect sensory perception.
