TL;DRAbstract

In the previous paper (l), methods were presented' for the separation of two species of ribonucleic acid isolated from the supernatant fraction of rat liver after high speed centrifugation.Ion exchange chromatography did not result in an unambiguous separation. However, some of the properties of these two species were determined. In the present paper, the incorporation in vitro of radioactive adenylic acid and leucine into these ribonucleic acid fractions is described.
