TL;DRAbstract

The article examines the issues of application of legal norms. The author considers the most common basic objectives to be achieved with the help of the law enforcement activities, which lay grounds for special modes of the law enforcement having typical peculiarities. It is shown that the method of enforcement is procedurally formalized, objectively established organizational and legal activity of the special entities, with uniform actions focused on the power implementation of the legal norms.
