A 52 years male patient was diagnosed as toxic megacolon. Before operation, he had developed Guillain-Bare syndrome and accompany with respiratory failure. On the help of breathing machine, he had undergone pancolectomy. He had developed small intestinal ulcer alter 4 months and relieved by evelophosphamide and glucocorticoid.
