TL;DRAbstract
(Trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline and (trans)-4-phenyl-L-proline has been separated and determined by reversed-phase HPLC. The separation efficiency of (trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline, (trans)-4-phenyl-L-proline and other impurities was high under the selected conditions of the chromatographic operation. The accuracy and precision of this method were satisfied. The repeated tests of (trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline sample showed that RSD of inter-day and intraday for (trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline were 1.55% and 0.09% respectively, while RSD of inter-day and intra-day for (trans)-4-phenyl-L-proline were 1.94%和1.79% respectively. The recovery of (trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proljne and (trans)-4-phenyl-L-proline were 99.80%~100.40% and 97.28%~100.00%.
