The Center for Arts and Culture is a space for public use supported by the Municipality of Quito in which cultural field activities are offered in the fields of visual arts, performing arts, musical arts and literary arts. It offers 4 main areas: An art library, an art gallery, a theater and finally, painting workshops, music and dance. The purpose of the Center is to preserve and promote the culture of through the practice of these arts, taking as the concept of interior design, the representation of the 4 regions of Ecuador. Each of these areas represents a region of the country. It was taken as reference point, the photography book entitled Colors of Ecuador by Manuel Aviles Prieto. This book represents in 12 colors.
