TL;DRAbstract

To observe as study group the relationship about fatty liver lipid peroxides and cell factor. 64 fatty liver cases were selected, the level of MDA、SOD、TNT-α and IGF-1 were tested. 56 healthy cases were as contral group. The results demonstrated that the level of MDA and TNF-α were higher, than that of control group (P<0.05, respectively); while the level of SOD and IGF-1 were lower, than that of control group (P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively). The study shows that fatty liver exists lipid peroxides and was related to TNF-α and IGF-1.
