TL;DRAbstract

This thesis deals with Stražnice Municipality, touching also the city itself. It is focused on the description and definition of the theoretical knowledge of image, corporate identity and ethics and their relationship with the public administration and public institution. The aim is to develop a comprehensive project for improving the image of Stražnice Municipality. It focuses most of all on the creation of the ethical code, which is then supplemented by other document, which is missing at the municipality and which is an essential part of the basic documentation necessary for employees of the public administration institution. The practical part is out of this project dedicated to analyzing the current state of corporate image and corporate identity of Stražnice Municipality. It uses especially image evaluation by the employees of the municipality as well as by the citizens of Stražnice.
