Illustrated work for Exhibition.Goof Proof (Title of work) Exhibition ï¿½Images 33 The Best of Contemporary Illustration 2009 ï¿½Imagesï¿½ provides a showcase of the most influential, innovative and prestigious contemporary British Illustration selected for the ï¿½Imagesï¿½ annual. Work is jury selected for the annual and exhibition (Maggie Murphy ï¿½ Art Director, The Guardian & Richard Robinson ï¿½ Art Director, Leo Burnett). A smaller number of works are selected for a national tour.The work selected was a commissioned and published illustration which appeared in ï¿½H- The Hotel Magazineï¿½ published by William Reed Business Media in June 2008.This work is part of a continued research directed towards editorial illustration. Iï¿½m interested in the role of the editorial illustrator and how different illustrators develop a strategic approach and structure, through their unique working process, in the development of an individual ï¿½voiceï¿½.When textual information is ï¿½givenï¿½
