Since the Sixteenth Party Congress, Hu Jintao, as General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, has led the whole party and people of all nationalities to undertake the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Upholding Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and ”Three Represents” as guidance, he has creatively developed the party's ”magic weapon”. From the angles of the Party's ideological line, doing better the realistic work, and rejuvenating the nation, he has taken emancipating the mind, principles and policies, basic lines as the ”magic weapon” during the new phase of the new age. He has also used all these ”magic weapons” in the strategic direction for our party and our country, and has formulated the latest achievements of Marxism Chinaization-scientific concept of development.
