The objective of this work was to tell the stages of creation of an ecological park in remaining area of in the Administrative Region Sudoeste/Octogonal, DF, next to monuments and historical places of the city very visited by tourist, to identify ambient impacts installed in the area, to analyze Inter-relations of the involved social actors with the question and to consider action of revitalization of the zones degraded for fruition of the local population.One perceived that, beyond the ambient disarrangement caused by residues deposited for trash of the mechanics auto shop inhabitants and carters to the long one of the years, had groups of trash collectors that lived and insisted there on the activities of recyclable garbage election, in the way of the bush.This age the main problem to be faced by the group that fights for its preservation.This situation excessively extended curse of the research that it looked to also analyze the social matters that such practical involved.To collect
