TL;DRAbstract

SUMMARY Four horses were studied for electrocardiographic response to altitude change. When readings taken on the horses after their reacclimation to sea level conditions were compared with those readings previously taken at 7,200 ft. (2,200 m.), electrocardiographic changes were apparent in 1 horse and strongly suggestive in the others.
