The article discusses selection criteria for the holistic marketing strategy as an innovative focus of the contemporary research and development. The authors formulate approaches to implementation of the strategy basing upon mathematical substantiation of the vector-episodes and vector-events, which allows to differentiate the strategy of a specific type for the participants of the business system.
