Evaluation is a common term in education. Evaluation of students’ achievement is a major aspect of teachers ‘job. In Indonesia, teaching English as a subject in a school cannot also be separated from evaluation process. So, many tests are given to the students in order to achieve those purposes not only daily assessment but also some tests like midterm test or final test in the end of the semester. However, teachers usually have a bad habit in materials a test; they make the test, administer it and then take the result of the test based on certain rules. When those works are completed, teachers often think that their works are done. It is common if they do not care of the test which they have administered. If teachers pay attention to the test, they have administered before and they revise the test for the next year, they will not have to make a new test, of course when the materials and objectives of the test items they have used in classes.
