Being predominantly agricultural in nature, Kerala
\neconomy can not anticipate a bright future, unless
\nsignificant breakthrough is achieved in
\nagricultural production. One of the major reasons
\nwhich made the modern scientific methods
\nuneconomical is the marginalisation of holdings.
\nSo as a viable solution, Group Farming approach
\nfor rice cultivation as introduced in 1989
\nthrough the Krishi Bhavans of every panchayat
\nin the state.
