Abstract : As the title of this paper would imply, its subject is random drug testing of federal employees. In particular it will review and analyze recent case law as it applies to the requirements of President Reagan's Drug Free Federal Workplace initiatives. This paper will discuss the Constitutional implications involved in such testing, particularly concentrating on challenges to these programs based upon the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
