TL;DRAbstract

The article deals with the evolution of the executive state government bodies' formation analyzing such concepts as social dynamics, social evolution, social development, continuity. The ambiguity of the philosophical interpretation of these concepts is emphasized and their universal methodological importance in the researches devoted to the evolution of the formation is noted. The authors formulate their own definitions (development and continuity of executive state government bodies, etc.), which have a key value for explaining the evolution of this category, and define their place among the concepts under consideration.
