TL;DRAbstract

An Increasing of coverage of Tuberculosis's sufferer suspect finding has an impact in decreasing of Tuberculosis cases. A number of suspects finding coverage depend on the health worker's performance at Health Center. The health worker's performance depends on as follows; a. Individual factors consist of age, income, work experience, work burden, and knowledge. b. Organization/Management factors consist of leadership, supervision, and work environment. The aim of this research was to identify individual factors, a function of management, and availability of means, which relate to coverage of suspect finding of Tuberculosi's sufferer at the Health Centers in Kendal District.This research used survey method and cross sectional approach. Collecting of data used the closed questionnaire. The number of respondent were 48 persons.
