TL;DRAbstract
The article is devoted to the study of intraosseous vessels at the appearance of enchondral osteogenesis and forming of thigh-bones. We revealed that diaphysis of these bones in 0,5-12 months after birth of golden hamsters usually contains one nutritious artery with entrance on 1-5 mm from base of femoral head. 3-5 vascular branches get in distant and proximal epiphysis through articular cartilage that is accompanied with forming of bone nuclei. At the age of 45 days width of medullary cavity in the upper third of diaphysis makes 1 mm, in the lower up to 3 mm, that allows to perform reposition and stable fixation of bone fragments after diaphyseal fracture and following introduction of intramedullar pin. This helps to define and evaluate the degree of reparative ostheogenesis along the fragments with and without effect of osteogenesis stimulators, for example vibration factor.
