TL;DRAbstract
A new species, Psen seriatispinosus, sp. nov., from Guizhou and Zhejiang Provinces, China, are described in the paper. All of the type specimens are deposited in the Insect collections of Zhejiang University. Psen seriatispinosus Ma et Li, sp. nov. (Figs. 1~6) The new species is similar to P. miyagino Tsuneki (1983). It can be easily distinguished from the latter by the following characters: mid basitarsi with a row of six nail-form thorns on inner side basally; gastral sternum 3 with tufts of long and curly apical hair; the different proportion of POD, OOD to OCD; reticular carina on propodeum more sturdy; punctures on head and thorax evidently smaller and sparser; and the different body coloration. Holotype:♂, Dabaitang, Xishui County, Guizhou Province, 24-Ⅸ-2000, coll. MA Yun; Paratype: 1♂, Mount Tianmu, Zhejiang Province, 09-Ⅵ-1992, coll. LIN Wei.
