TL;DRAbstract

The primary purpose of this study is to allow students and lecturers to communicate through long distances. Students normally have to go to the university to get the information or announcements. This way to get information has many problems for students who live far from the university. This project is aimed at the development of information portal system that will allow students to get information and lecturers announcements from any where in any time.
