The importance of therapeutic agreement seen by law study point of view between the patient and the doctor in the hospital lies on the issue of law protection for the patients. Is is the patients who will bear all the medical acts when therapeutic agreement is not reachable. The patient may be get physical loss either becoming handicapped or dead as well as material loss. The study is focused on three problems, including : (1) How the law protection works on the patient in the therapeutic agreement between the patient dan the doctor in the hospital ? (2) What factors that result in the conflict between the patient dan the doctor in therapeutic egreement, how to prevent and to solve it ? (3) What attempts should we do for protecting the patient by law as medical service customers?
