The article discusses some aspects of political marketing in the context of the choice of the way of modernization of political processes in Russia. In this article the attention is paid to the main approaches of foreign and Russian authors that analyze the features of political marketing and modernization of political systems. The communication of tendencies of the economic development with the development of the society and social processes are proved. The attention is paid to the influence of the factor of informatization of society.
