TL;DRAbstract
The EU directives had an impressive effect on safety of road transportation and on the decrease of pertinent social cost. Road accident as a part of the externalities according to the EU guideline: „Users should pay the bill” should be internalized and indicated in the cost of transportation. Hungary is following the EU tendencies, as a member state of EU.
