TL;DRAbstract

120 25-week old Hailan (brown) layers were divided into two groups according to factorial design, the birds were put into two artificial climate rooms and caged with two steps and ladders type respectively, and the hot stress model was established for 22 C for 5 d→30 C (pre-test) for 5 d→32 C for 5 d→35 C for 5 d→22 C for 5 d (recovery). Experiment group were fed with basal diet added with 2g/kg conjugate linoleic acid (CLA), and control group were fed with basis dietary. The test lasted for 25 d to study the effect of hot stress on cell factor, hormone level, anti oxidized ability of the laying hen. The result indicated that ,at 30 C 119 h, 32 C 119 h, 35 C 119 h, 22 C 119 h (restores), the hot stress suppressed the blood serum obviously IL-Iβ, IL-6, TNF-α, the cortisol, prostaglandin E2 and the MDA secretion (P<0.01), promoted blood serum thyroxin T3, the T1 secretion and strengthened anti-oxidized ability (P<0.01), thus slowed down the decline of the layer immunity level resulted fr
