TL;DRAbstract
The copper (Ⅱ)-caffeine-benzoate complex was synthesized by using a new method and characterized by element analysis, IR X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis and TG-DTA. The UV spectrum of the complex binding with ct-DNA indicated that it could intervene in ct-DNA two-strands with binding constant K(subscript b)=1.5×10^4mol/L.
