TL;DRAbstract

The present work aimed to analyze the conflicting labour relationships between farmers from Campinas and foreigner workers in the early experiences of immigrant free labour in the XIX century So Paulo. In order to do so we intented to understand the longings and postures of these workers and their employers. We used several documents that we considered essencial for the research, such as the lawsuits involving farmers and immigrants. From the analysis of these documents we tried to understand how this new form of relationship was built through the justice system.
