TL;DRAbstract

This study is intended to: (1) Examines te implementation of 82nd TMMD program 2009 in the vicinity of Tenjolaya Village, (2) Examines the problems that occurred during the implementation of TMMD program, (3) Assess the effectiveness of civil-military cooperation namely �TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa� or TMMD, in order to establish the readiness of defense-area system in Tenjolaya Village, Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency. This observation based on the qualitative methods, they also performed indepth interview toward the stakeholders that related to the implementation of TMMD program in the Tenjolaya Village Bandung Regency. This study shows that the implementation of TMMD program in Tenjolaya Village Bandung Regency, in the terms of defense-area readiness has not been running effectively.
