Исследование параметров апоптоза при цервикальной дисплазии и раке шейки матки
TL;DRAbstract
It is given a retrospective immunohistochemical investigation in 50 cases healthy tissues, in 108 CIN, in 156 with cervical cancer in dependence on their clinical form, disease stage, histological variant and sex steroid receptors. Indicator index p53 and bcl-2 with monoclonal antibodies («Dako», Danish) was used. Expression p53 was increased in comparison with test group in cases with CIN. The highest level of p53 was CIN III and intraepithelial cancer. Invasive cancer was characterized with constantly high level of p53, but it wasn't higher than intraepithelial carcinoma. Bcl-2 was detected in cervical cancer but not in CIN and test-group. P53 and bcl-2 expression in invasive tumors was in back dependence with expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors. So, p53 and bcl-2 can be used as prognostic factors for development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer.
