TL;DRAbstract

The article deals with the researches concerned with local governments’ activities in 1920-1930, and considers the previous study of documents of the Tyumen district executive committee in the domestic historiography. The analysis of historians’ works has showed that the questions of organization of zoning and local economy, attempts to connect the principles of market and planning in realization of the territorial economic policy are the most thoroughly studied.
