In today?s financial world, there is a decisive characteristic that determines the success of saving and loan associations; the quickest in adapting to the needs and preferences of their clients are the ones that remain in the sector. This is the particular case of Caja Libertad, S. C. L., which has existed for 46 years. The objective of this study was set forth as ?determining the positioning of the image that Caja Libertad, S. C. L. projects toward its members in the San Juan and Nuevo San Juan branches of San Juan del Rio, Queretaro.? The study?s methodology design is exploratory and descriptive and supposes a lack of familiarity with the image Caja Libertad, S. C. L. has projected toward its members. A sampling of 150 active members was chosen for analysis, using a questionnaire answered by members over 18 years of age. The survey was done outside the facilities and, in some cases, in companies that identified themselves as active members. The sampling was probabilistic and random
