The current paper it shows different step mechanisms of analysis of the effects to the quality of the air product to the emission of polluting agents (SO2, NOx, p.m. among others) during the operation of “barcazas termoelectricas”, using the mathematical modeling of dispersion of the polluting agents in the atmosphere. Within the methodology of calculating, first it evaluated the different existing meteorological parameters in the 2005 for the city of Guayaquil as they are it: the temperature, speed and wind direction, cloudiness, etc. With the results of the analysis it was come to create the denominated file meteorological data, which will be used in model ISCST3 (MODEL OF DISPERSION OF COMPLEX OF INDUSTRIAL SOURCE) recommended by the EPA Later all the data and variables pertaining to the emission source and meteorological information available for the application and run are entered of the Model of Dispersion ISCST3 by means of the program Breeze Isc Gis Pro, created by the company
