TL;DRAbstract

The study aims to examine the strength of recognition of some works values among teaching and administrative staff at Qatar University. The values were specified as follow control, Self-Esteem, discipline, social relations and risk. The study two main questions were: 1. Are there differences in the strength given to these values between these two groups of the study sample according to sex and nationality? 2. Are there differences within each group in strength they place on the values according to sex and nationality? The instruments of the was mendel and Jordan administrative values index. The sample of the study consisted of 117 teaching staff and 258 administrative staff. The main results of the study were : 1. The values of discipline, social relations, control and risk were graded at the middle of the scale at both groups. While the value of self esteem was graded high at both groups. 2. There were differences between the two groups in the values of self- esteem and so
