PreS1、HBV-DNA、HBeAg反映乙肝病毒复制的临床应用研究

TL;DRAbstract

Objective To compare the clinical significances of serum PreS1, HBV-DNA and HBeAg levels for virus replication. Methods Five hundred and twenty-six serum specimens of hepatitis B patients were collected to test serum HBV-DNA by fluorescent quantitation PCR and the PreS1, HBeAg levels by Time-resolved fluorescent immuno assay (TRFIA). Results The positive rate of PreS1 was higher than that of HBV-DNA (χ^2=46.3, P<0.001) which was higher than that of HBeAg (χ^2=161.8, P<0.001). Conclusion Detection of PreS1 by TRFIA has better the sensitivity and specificity and probably has accurately reflected the hepatitis B virus replication in patients.
