TL;DRAbstract

ABSTRACT: In this paper the specificities with regard to the object of the various types ot traffic crimes shall be considered in consecutive manner following the order of their legal provision under Section II of Chapter XI of the Criminal Code. The analysis aims to support the undertanding that two groups of offences according to their object fall in the group of traffic crimes. On the one hand, these are the offences that affect the social relations related to transport safety which may be denominated as typical traffic crimes. On the other hand, although they are also related to transport, but do not constitute traffic crimes these are the offences that may conditionally be denominated as a typical traffic crimes. With regard to the latter the autor makes proposals to improve the legislation currently in force.
