Der Einfluss fluoridhaltiger Carbamidperoxid-Bleichgele auf den Fluoridgehalt und die Mikrohärte von Zahnschmelz - Eine In-vitro-Untersuchung

Helene Witzke-2009-01-01

TL;DRAbstract

Objective: The object of this study was to investigate and to compare the influence of carbamide peroxide bleaching gel with amine fluoride and sodium fluoride on the fluoride content and the microhardness of enamel.Material and methods: Five enamel samples (groups A1/A2-E1/E2) were prepared from 20 bovine incisors. The samples were distributed among the groups such that a tooth was represented in each group. The A1/A2 groups served as controls. Samples of the B1/B2 group were treated with fluoride-free and free of carbamide peroxide gel. The groups C1/C2 were used to investigate 10% carbamide peroxide gel (CP-gel). 10% CP gel containing 0.5% amine fluoride was applied to the samples of groups D1/D2 and with 0.5% sodium fluoride to the E1/E2 group. For the investigation of the fluoride content (groups A1-E1), the samples days were treated for 2 h with a gel applied and stored in an incubator at 37 ° C for 10 d. For the remaining time, the samples stayed in artificial saliva. After blea
