TL;DRAbstract
The article presents the results of studying the butterfly fauna in the Khibini Mountains (the Murmansk region) in 2002. This fauna includes 50 species in six families. The structure of species assemblies is described; the species diversity level of the six types of butterflies is estimated. The most probable ways of the fauna formation are considered.
