While Sports Science is a multi- disciplinary field of study that is concerned with the physiological, biological, sociological, kinesiological, mechanical and anatomical basis of sports. Human body is a highly complex structure as mechanized construction of living tissue. Many health experts are of view that the way each human being lives will be a major determining factor for health and fitness, the food we eat, amount of rest obtained, physical activity engaged in and other health practices that followed, play important roles in determining human welfare.
