TL;DRAbstract

The article explains the topicality of the legal substantiation of the investing activities and gives reasons for its necessary promotion in Ukraine. The author gives arguments for the thesis, that the state’s rule-making activity is essential for the efficient and trouble-free investment processes in the country. Moreover, the undertaken research proves that the normative legal regulation of the investing, carried out to ensure the realization of the investments’ social purpose, should focus on the increase of the main investment resource of the society, which is the personal savings.
